Since booklets (documents) have been given to me by Heras daughter of Sarapion,
the same (i.e., an equivalent notice) is sent to you through Apollonios, assistant,
so that, at your own risk/responsibility, you appoint a guardian (epitropos) for the
afēlikos (minor) who has been reported—preferably one of the relatives; but if not,
then someone from outside—so that none of the minor’s interests be lost.
